This calm balm is perfect for when you’re anxious AF. In my experience, anxiety can hit you when you least expect it – and often at the most inconveinent of times. When you’re travelling on a packed train, at the theatre or at a gig. This calm balm is made from totally natural ingredients and you can just pop it in your bag for the next time Auntie A calls.

To use, simply rub a small amount on your temples and pressure points and take some long, deep inhalations and exhalations. Always have a guided meditation app handy. My favourites are Headspace and Companion.

Ingredients:
16g / 0.56 oz Candelilla Wax
16g / 0.56 oz shea butter
7g / 0.25 cocoa butter
25 drops of lavender essential oil
15 drops of rosemary essential oil
10 drops of chamomile essential oil
Little tin for storage (30ml/2oz)  and maybe a sticky label too??

Method:
1. Melt the wax and oils over a double boiler
2. Once everything has melted, remove from the heat and stir in the essential oils.
3. Pour into a tin and let it harden up before using – this will take 30 mins approx.
